DE BRAND Products - Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with DE BRAND Products. We aim to process and deliver your orders efficiently and securely.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed on the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time or on weekends will be processed on the following business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Timelines

We offer nationwide shipping across India through reliable courier partners. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3 to 7 business days across major cities and tier-2/tier-3 regions.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for select pincodes.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to festive delays, weather disruptions, or courier operational limits in remote areas.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Pincode Serviceability

If your delivery address is in a non-serviceable pincode, our customer support team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange an alternative delivery location or initiate a full refund.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images/videos of the package and items received.
